There is a zippered pocket on the outside and inside the bag, as well as two big open pockets also on the inside. A security clip for your keys or wallet is riveted in for extra security for your valuables.

About waxed canvas:

Waxed canvas has quickly become one of my favorite materials to work with.

I wax this canvas myself using organic 10 oz canvas and a combination of organic beeswax and paraffin.

It is water resistant, easy to clean and develops wonderful marks and creases over time, resembling the look of a favorite leather jacket. If you prefer not to have the subtle marks, they can be removed with a hair dryer to reactivate the wax.

Cleaning:

Use a soft, damp cloth or brush to spot clean as needed. Never dry clean or use any detergent; instead a damp cloth is recommended for stains or if additional cleaning is desired.
